  • We do not ship our products internationally at the moment. Our product shipment are US-based.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

1. Return Eligibility

  • We accept returns within ten days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached to be eligible for a return. Certain items, such as intimate apparel, swimwear, and final sale items, are not eligible for return.

2. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return the item(s).

  • Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging and include the return authorization form. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the package is returned to us safely.

4. Refunds
